Candidates:

When you deal with a recruiter, are you 100 percent certain that your resume isn't being shopped throughout the Delaware Valley?

Having trust in the person that is representing you is the cornerstone to a successful relationship. Knowing what this person is saying about you is a fact will help build that relationship. Knowing that this person speaks from first hand knowledge will allow you to use this person's expertise to assist you in your career search.

How many times have you been told about a job interview and you do not even know the company's name?

I promise that will never happen when you deal with me. You will have the right to determine where you want your resume submitted. You will know who the company is, where they are located and what they are looking for in a candidate before your resume is sent to that organization. This is your career and you have the right to steer it in the direction that you want. Saying no is okay; you are the one that has to be comfortable in the position.

In order to achieve the goals that you are seeking you must have clear and defined standards. This will only happen with an open dialogue between us. There are times I might tell you something you do not like but I will always be honest and up front with you. You will always know where I stand.

You ask me a question; I will tell you the honest answers if I know it. I will not fabricate an answer. That will only get me in trouble. Trust in each other will help you in your search.

I build relationships with people for the long term. If we do not succeed on the first try, we will know we gave it our best effort.
